At Gentry Salon, we take pride in providing each guest who walks through our doors the best possible service. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Gentry Salon experience and receives the optimal result. These general guidelines help make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Appointment Requests

All clients must fill out an appointment request form online to book an appointment or consultation. New extension inquiries require a separate application request with your certified artist. Online appointment applications do not guarantee a preferred appointment time or day, all stylists schedule their own bookings and consultations. Please call the salon if you have any questions!


If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will be rescheduled at no charge. Less than 48 hour cancellations are discouraged & a booking fee will be required to reschedule your next appointment.

Retainer Fee

Initial install bookings for extensions require a 50% retainer fee to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your services the day of your appointment. This fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.

Important Notes

If your fee upon initial booking was not received, you will be required to pay this fee when booking a new appointment. We understand circumstances out of your control may arise which make it impossible for you to keep a scheduled appointment. We try very hard to work with patience and understanding in these situations. We will evaluate each occurrence individually and reserve the right to extend accommodations.
